IMO, this PACER is very significant for at least two reasons.

First, it now appears that HTC does not intend to request more claims constructions as it had previously advised --- this means that the December 5 Markman ruling can now be considered "final", which, as alluded to in TPL's motion, paves the way for motions for summary judgment.

Second, the "final" nature of the Markman ruling should allow PTSC to issue a PR about that outcome. As I previously posted, I could understand why there would be no PR when it was expected that HTC would be asking for more claims to be interpreted by the Court. Since that will not be occurring, however, there would appear to be no restriction on the release of a PR, just as there was no restriction when the initial Markman ruling was issued.
