To those of you that think we who are upset with the 10k are wrong..... Please let me explain.
It is not at least in my case that the company did not have any earnings as we knew that might be the case though there were some like myself that hoped I was wrong as we never know how much or what were settlement prices BUT I think you who have trose colored glasses, and more power to you, do not understand that there are those of us who are extremely frustrated with the compensation the Bod gets especially the slap in the face by the Bod giving Cliff F a BONUS for his great mgmt. of our company. In my opinion he is not worth the salary he is currently paid and a bonus what a joke or should I say Why,and please folks do not tell me how nice he is to talk to. I have spoken to him.
Some or many of us have had it with this criminally or morally wrong mgmt. style that ignores common business sense and rewards mediocrity to the point of being laughable. As far as the options being exercisable in 60 days that date can change and has changed along with strike price many times over the years. So though somethings may happen it will be the first time ever in the companies history.
I know it hurts but facts are facts and I hope I am wrong about the future but bonuses are given for past results and I do now that CF did not earn that bonus as there is not proof.
