All have been denied, rejected or recertified as being valid.
The '336 patent (5809336) isn't the only patent that is being fought over by a plethora of
electronics companies.
Have you ever heard of any company that has had so many attacks on their IP?
....all of which have been defeated yet are still unlicenced by a large majority of companies.
