Someone most likely did tell you about it but you missed it: Qualcom

They had a similar story to PTSC, they were in the court room for a long time as well, thier stock went from Pennies to Dollars, then to hundreds of dollars, I know....I missed the qcom stock when I had the opportunity.

But there are similar companies with similar history.
