One new Pacer but it is just a denial of the T3's Motion to File Under Seal:

Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Administrative Motion to File Confidential Exhibits

Under Seal. (hereafter, “Motion,” Docket Item No. 318 in No. C 08-00877 JW.) The Motion,

which is unopposed, requests permission for an Order to file a certain exhibit under seal. (See id.)

However, Plaintiffs did not lodge the proposed sealed exhibit for the Court’s review.

Accordingly, the Court DENIES the Motion. This denial is without prejudice to Plaintiffs to

file a renewed Motion to Seal the exhibit at issue, if desired.
