With your recent post in mind that Judge Ware's comments on validity are extremely unusual I have to ask if we really see "powers" at work here:
- a judge with his last case before he retires
- result of a Markman Hearing not after 30 days to 3 months but FIVE months later - and not even FINAL
- a patent (Talbot) which was rejected by the USPTO as not relevant suddenly becomes piovital
- a new schedule demanding additional briefs and delaying the complete litigation
Though I hate to believe in conspiracy theories - this latest piece in the big drama of Patriot smells...
...is there are a network of enemies working against PTSC/TPL behind the scenes...?
...how much did it cost the T3 and the other companies behind...?
...is it only delay tactics or is there more behind...?
I'm curious about the next steps:
- Will Judge Ware stay until the (his) end?
- How long does it take for the additional briefs?
