I suggest you take the time to look at the SEC fillings showing the results of the Shareholder Proposals for the last two SHAMs.

It is the BOD that appears to contemptuously revile the shareholders.

Why waste time and money on fruitless phone calls when it only takes a click or two to record a fruitless vote?
