Sorry, but as far as I know questions of the meaning and validity of patents and of infingement are apparently beyond the ken of scientists, engineers, or professional logicians, even Jesuits. These matters are determined by attorneys.

As to the other question that someone seems to have deleted without comment, I shall not be making statements about Chuck's suit against mr leckrone for fraud, breach of contract, and other mal-, mis-, and non-feasances except to express my deep respect for the jury who delivered a just verdict in Chet's case. There may be justice yet if we all live long enough to see it.
