I'm not really sure of the point you're trying to make, bu assuming you are speaking of the ICs, the Special Master didn't tell TPL they got it wrong "in the courtroom" --- he told them in a PACER that they were wrong. This means that anyone who cared to read that PACER (generously posted by Wolf) would have known that TPL "got it wrong". Pretty simple stuff, even for those who aren't lawyers --- so, your posting about it in this forum really added nothing to the situation in terms of general knowledge.

And by the way, if you ever find a professional in any field who's never "gotten it wrong", be sure to let us know. That's another discussion for another time.
