Why is your view and Rons and for that matter others so hard to understand?
You and Ron are both correct. Whether or not the Judge reads the post on this board it really does not matter. He has our future in his hands and I for one will not judge him based on events past or events we do not have a full story on.
Let his honor make his ruling and then we can discuss the ruling, the judge is not in question the strength of our arguement or case is. It seems to me he has approached this case with thoughtfulness and equity and by naming a Special Master, I think it was Ron who pointed out that proves he is making sure that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed and that he has all the facts he needs.
One other thing, I believe we are in the situation we are in because of our leadership. Quite possibly I should have waited till the MH ruling to voice my concerns, the other day I posted an apology to all and that still stands.
