My point is, that we will never get complete information about the opportunities to influence by the so called "big industry". Remember the first reexamination, which was a legal gem at a very convenient moment and we were all open-mouthed about this hyper-accurate "answer" to our little PTSC. The MH will get the same attention and the "big industry" will already have had there opportunities to influence, whatever the circumstances are...
