Patriot Scientific Reports Profitable Quarter; Q3 FY '08 Net Income $6.3 Million or $0.02 Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share.

If a full dividend is paid to us stockholders, I think

this dividend will be about $.54 per share. So, the

share price should continue to go up until it reaches

about $.52 per share. Does anyone on this Board

agree with my calculations ... ????????
