I have offered a conversation with you in order to keep your legally oriented gibberish from littering the forum. It's not because I have a burning desire to speak with you, but rather because I don't like seeing people misled. I've also told you that I'm not going to type my fingers to the bone in order to correct all of your inaccuracies, because it would require a novel.

The above should be sufficient, unless, of course, you feel "threatened". I don't see how any bad consequences can come from a simple phone call, so perhaps you are just overreacting. I respectfully suggest that you might wish to reconsider.
