I have been searching and can not come up with an understanding as to whether this isuse is concluded (POV TPL)

Is the 584 dead in the water vis a vis due to the appeal being rejected or can we reappeal now that there is a recert. or can we sue again with the recert,

or are we only precluded from suing on certain ARM products..
