I don't license Patents to the biggest companies in the world if that is what you mean. I want transparency as well but I would also rather our company not PR a company that paid peanuts for the license. I don't know what the details of the Apple license were nor does anyone on this board. Did they come to us and say we will give you this amount or we will sue you for non-infringement and it will be costly?

Time for me to look forward and hope that they have cleaned up their house and things will be better. Looking back at percieved transgressions made me angry and helpless. I have been hearing the same thing for 4 years all I care about is coming out ahead or at least even at this point.
