Leckrone did comment on the J3 if I . He mentioned that the first of 17 reexams started around then, money issues, some issues with getting his house in order(TPL issues?), and something else I did not hear contributed to the amount that was settled for. Please someone correct me who might have heard better. Using the mic's made hearing hard at times.
