For Fiscal 2012, the Company reiterated its previous guidance and expects net revenue to be in the range of $320-$340 million and non-GAAP net income to be in the range of $0.28- $0.35 per diluted share. According to I/B/E/S Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report EPS of $0.04 on revenues of $79 million for the second quarter of 2012
