At this point, the trading last week was obviously triggered by the pr's and, as per usual it has cooled. Some expressed the idea that it had to be driven by something more, like the Markman. Well, now it appears, that was not the reason either.
The general consensus, from what I am hearing, is still expecting rising volume(hopefully price as well) surrounding the Markman hearing. Are we talking about the days leading up to it? The date is only a week from now? I am not seeing it.
I do not mean to be the devil's advocate, but we are not going to have any idea if the Markman is favorable even if somebody attends the hearing. As Ron would say, it is nothing but an opinion until the judge rules. Somebody, tell me I am all wrong.
However,What we have learned from the past two weeks.....is that even a moderate increase in buying seems to result in a piling on effect. Just hoping we can sustain an upward trend if it presents itself, again. good luck
