Hemdog didn't say "monthly royalties from the infringing community." You did. Maybe it is semi-annual, per quarter ????

What is actually stated

these are
significant royalty-bearing licenses

When someone thinks of royalties it is asociated with ongoing payments. That is what is stated? Is it a one time royalty? Why use that word then? When you read about the big boys and patent fighting royalties are always asociated with future percentage dollars based on sales.
