Thanks for the information. If I was misusing terms and my post wasn't completely clear, I apologize.

The point I'm trying to make is...if after multiple requests to investigate a multi billion dollar investment firm the SEC still did nothing....what makes us think the SEC Will look into the PTSC mess?
