Even though TPL and Alliacense (not PTSC) are the ones who switched to Agility (as noted in the Motion), what is the probability that PTSC will be expected to fund 50% of Agility's learning curve? And if so, which BOD member(s) would have agreed to such an arrangement?

Surely this cost should be borne entirely by TPL/Alliacense. If a General Contractor decides to change his plumber in mid-project, the Homeowner would not expect to have to pay for such a business decision made by the General Contractor.

I have to wonder if this is what was behind the "settlement" whereby PTSC came out paying even more to TPL than before, especially for "legal" work over the next several months. If this is the case, the PTSC BOD should have held out for a great %age of license revenue.
