Finally, after many attempts, a reply - perhaps prompted by RonRan's call to Cliff..... perhaps just a coincidence.

Here's the reply (today):

"The date for the shareholder meeting has not been publicly announced.
Shareholders will be notified approximately two months prior to the meeting date

Sincerely,
PTSC IR"

So, mid-January at best. Is there perhaps an implication that they have "privately" announced it? If so, I wonder who already knows?
