Are you suggesting a special meeting of shareholders that would be web-cast and that the BOD could watch on their computers? Just sort of joking, I couldn't help it.

Seriously, would the BOD members have to be there to consitute a valid meeting? Could the shareholders hold a virtual meeting on the web? If not, where would the meeting be? Lots of details to have a meeting, but I likewise am in favor of it.
