Ron,

I agree with what you say. The courts only concern is that there was a settlement, and they have one less docket to worry about. As far as the nitty-gritty of the settlement that would be up to the parties to work out. Most settlements are kept confidential except in the court filing announcing a settlement. If we think as shareholders we'lll get anything out of PTSC/TPL were all living in dream land. Our ONLY hope is a 8-K filing with the SEC showing a new M/C or revised contract.
