All we have are PRs by a BoD that we no longer trust, PRs by a Joint Venture partner that we have never trusted and statements by Moore. Yes, I do believe that PTSC threw Moore under the bus. I have no reason not to believe Mr. Moore, however, there are many reasons not to trust our BoD and Leckrone beginning with the 1st amended complaint and no explanation of how those very very serious allegations were addressed in the settlement agreement.
