Sadly, I happen to agree. A few TPL non-MMP licenses could well yield him enough cash (say 200,000,000 x 15c - $30M ).to buy a majority.

However, if and when there is a solicitation to shareholders I would think then (or sooner) is the time to flood the SEC with complaints of collusion to drive down the PTSC stock price and also to suggest an examination of whether MMP money went "offshore" for any reason.
