...mainly because I'm just lazy today and I know you probably have this info at your fingertips.

Could you please post the caption of the case in which PTSC sued TPL (the one that has just settled)? I need the exact name of the case, the court in which it was filed, and the suit number. Sorry for my confusion, but there have been several cases filed against TPL, and I can't ever remember the county --- I seem to recall Santa Clara, but I don't want to send myself on a goosechase.
