I once partnered with a contractor on a condo conversion project. The extra expenses just kept rolling in. I realized that I was screwed because he could just make up numbers that he was paying the sub-contractors. I still made good money but it was a lesson well learned . Let us hope our BOD has learned some lessons from the past and are able and willing to show us they have learned. This 10Q better show some signs of change. I might set up Occupy PTSC. LOL
