Another investor and I were discussing this scenario yesterday. I am hoping that the settlement is more because there is big money to be made and less about the BOD trying to cover their asses. DL valued the MMP at a billion dollars based on his licensing program. Another company with a bigger stick to swing might value it at a higher price. Then again what would the BOD get out of it. Did they exercise the options?
