The case (San Jose) had been assigned to Judge Fogel. There was an announcement in August that he was leaving to go to Washington DC. The case was reassigned to Judge Ware (San Francisco). As a result, the previously scheduled Markman in Nov 2011 (San Jose) will now be rescheduled (according to the latest pacer) in Jan 2012 (San Francisco).
