Does anyone know what the settlement was with Sirius XM Radio Inc.? There was a negotiated settlement on July 14, 2010 with TPL/PTSC and Alliacense. I never received a reply from PTSC regarding this settlement. I looked through the latest 10-K where I found nothing, as if it never existed. Does anyone know about this settlement or a PR release?
