Is this a known fact or are people speculating that Apple has signed a license with TPL and got the MMP with it? I would think by law all MMP's are on hold per the TRO????

Since TPL has a conflict of interest with regard to our MMP patents/agreement and what ever wrong doing they have done should be dealt with. Going forward ASAP a new law firm goes after infringers, legal fees paid by TPL & PTSC comes out of collections as well as what TPL owes us for past business they screwed us out of..... This would be common sense unfortunately we're dealing with Attorneys & law...
