a little more than coincidential? Is this an attempt by TPL to possible garner possible quick settlements in this regard. I don't see how they can afford the ligiation at this juncture..but what do I know

If the funding of PDS is a "see who blinks first" effort, I hope that we stand our ground. I wonder if a settlement in our matter may be nearing a conclusion based on the upcomming funding of PDS..we shall see..
