Then we can count on you for next several years while the wheels of "justice" turn in this landmark shareholder vengeance case to explain the difference between a "lawsuit against the company" and the "suing of the principals in charge of running the company" to any and all speculators interested in a possible investment in this stock.

Surely after hearing of this distinct difference they will be able to move forward with their due diligence!
