SGE,

Just a note on your budget prognostications. A line item under the Justice Department: Justice information sharing tecnology was cut $28 Billion from fiscal 2010 and $108 Billion from what was actually requested. There are many other line items related to First responder info technology/communications etc that were cut.

I would guesss that that is not a positive event in the life of PDSG, but that is just my opinion.
