Who hired Mr. Goerner and Mr. Bibeau. Who oversaw and had final approval of mergers and aquisitions? Who also besides Mr. Goerner and Mr. Bibeau should have been doing DD? Its a fool who writes a check and doesn't know if it is well spent. Where exactly does the buck stop? Apparently nowhere near PTSC headquarters because the money just flows out the windows there.
