I am confused also lg vs q. I was under the impression that tpl used language knowing at that time the supreme court may hurt patents in the future. we were not or minimally affected by this ruling. this is way out of my league and appreciate any responses. are we still able to sue intel infringers based on the patents when we signed intel or do we have to now use the amended patents or just arm or similar tech related?
