If someone gave you all the proof in writing from SEC filings to court documents
proving without a shadow of doubt the BOD has not and still is not acting in the best
interests of shareholders it would do no good.
After all, proof has been given for years on this message board and you ignore it
because it does not suit your interests.
You and your friends are nothing more than a lobbiest for the BOD.
Congratulations your work here is almost complete, it looks like you win this battle to
insulate the BOD.
I fully expect to be banned for this post but this forum is no longer of value, however
this post is absolutely on topic and about PTSC, there is nothing more revelent to PTSC
than causing a change in the management at PTSC to reflect the interests of retail
shareholders over the interests of a select few whom it appears you represent.
So ban away and but another notch and another dollar under your pillow, sleep well.
