The text for that home in Sunningdale (not far from Ascot and in a VERY nice area) says "Shrubbs Hill Lane is a pleasant cul-de-sac and Hunters Dell is situated near the end of the road in a lovely quiet location."

The referenced rental home is called "Hunter's Dell" and is NOT the "Sandhurst" referred to by TPL, though "Sandhurst" is of similar standing.

It is valued at GBP 1.85M or about $3M. It changed hands on 3/26/2007 for GBP 1.645M
Because of UK data privacy it is not easy to determine ownership - but not impossible! Maybe Martin McClurg (a Brit who was on the original ShBoom team at the house near Santa Cruz) got some pocket money from Chuck?
