Please excuse my ignorance but I thought a date was already made ages ago. If there is no trial date as of yet, when would that be decided?

I doubt that it will actually go to trial IMO. I just would like to know when the deadline would be for an out of court settlement.

Same for the rest of the litigations. It would be helpful to know the schedules.
