Why would a settlement that is reached after November 30, 2010 be a material event for that periods quarerly financial statements. Would it not be considered revenue for the following qtr when we actually receive the monies? Or could this be license money that was received before November 30, 2010 but was held up until a settlement with TPL is reached? Still seems like it would be counted towards the next quarter but then I have no idea what I am talking about.
