Yes, you are probably right. These people are unreasonable.

Regarding the BOD, nothing has been made clear about their intentions and I voted to withold all and for majority vote. We must have dynamic leadership. I believe there are millions of shares being voted to withhold by Agoracom members and I hope that the right leadership led by a good patent lawyer will take over this company. We have suffered long enough with this group. No explanation of what they are attempting to do while collecting large salaries and refusing to buy shares in the company they are running. Enough already.
