Where are all of you? Not wanting to challenge you just miss some of your posts (Not all LOL) Would love to know what you think about the proposal for majority voting and the BoD's decision to hold a virtual only meeting?

Regarding the virtual only meeting, I personally do not believe for one minute that this decision was for the reasons stated in the proxy. In light of the fact that Marc offered to pay for a room in which we could hold a shareholder meeting and was turned down by the board....I would like to hear your thoughts.
