Wolf - I think you've helped uncover something about PDSG which is: "They're currently not in business to do business. It sounds like they may be in "auction block mode" or looking for someone to partner-up with.

I agree that if they were serious about getting the company off the ground and flying, "someone" would be answering the phone. I once worked for a start-up that contacted people who were "browsing" on the company website. If you opened the website, a live person would start typing questions asking if they could help.

Cautious also made a good assumption about TPL. They're obviously not doing anything with the Patents - for reasons I wish we knew.
