Why is my asking "What if we lose?" insinuating regret, or that I feel we will lose, or anything else? It is a simple question for a possible outcome. If one is sure with 100% certainty that we can't lose, than please share with me the information that I have missed. If this isn't the case, than I ask again, what if we lose? I see so many posts about how great this litigation is, that we will gain full control of the MMP, that the TPL loan was tactical.......what if we lose? Simple question.
