Give me a full proxy solicitation with all details of the proposed BoD and their proposals to take PTSC forward, rather than some wishy-washy meanderings on a message board, and then ask my preference.

Until such time as a viable alternative is given, I'll stick with what I know.

Despite all the allegations made against the staus quo, where is one singular identifiable fact which can prove what is claimed?
