In all the MMP license deals in which TPL/Alliacense attached a license to one of their own Proprietary intellectual properties, the dollar amounts were unfavorably weighted to their advantage. In other words, I suspect the TPL lowered the requested license amounts for the MMP if an infringer was willing to deal on their IP. Disappointing dollars received in many MMP licenses give credence to this suspicion. The audit will bring all this to light. Hopefully, quicker than what most would suspect in these legal battles. good luck
