One of the most interesting points for me was where the judge denied continued arbitration as a remedy and forced the situation to trial. I am not a lawyer but I don't think arbitration can result in criminal penalties but a trial certainly can AND it seemed to me that some of the issues (constructive fraud; unjust enrichment; aiding & abetting fraud; etc.) could result in much more then money forfeited. Perhaps the judge sees the need for this larger hammer to be used on Lec. and perhaps this hammer can be the tool thru which we negotiate from strength and gain much more control.
