It is so gratifying that arguments can be made for both sides of the licensing debate, yet all is still pure speculation:

Clearly, there is a problem in the relationship as outlined by the M.A., so much so that PTSC filed a complaint against TPL about it. I don't think it's a stretch to assume that since the last announced license agreement was in March, prior to the April filing, and that we haven't seen one since, this "problem" that is being fought out in court, is the reason for the lack of licensing as you surmise

Lecky maybe a SOB, but when it comes to money, he is all business. In my opinion, he is not playing games anymore, he is probably out there "where the money is", shaking up all those reluctant infringers.
