Whether it happens or not, your post has cheered up my whole day.

It's a little like buying a lottery ticket and being a potential millionaire for a few days. Even if it doesn't happen, you always have the dream for a short time.

The eternal optimist in me says that we WILL have a break through before too long and this will be a much happier board. In spite of everything else, a rise in price always changes the outlook of the folks here. (Most of them, anyway. LOL)
